Refunds Policy

Made-to-order products

All products sold in our store are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner, Printful. This means each item is custom printed specifically for your order.

Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering errors.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


When you are entitled to a refund or replacement

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Has a printing defect
  • Is faulty or incorrectly printed
  • Is the wrong item compared to what was ordered

In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

To make a claim, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include clear photos showing the issue.


When refunds are not available

Refunds or returns are not available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size choice
  • Incorrect colour or style selection
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Minor variations in colour or print placement, which can occur during printing

Please check the size charts carefully before ordering, as we cannot offer refunds for sizing issues.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
